HCMC – Visa has announced its partnership with ETC Technology Systems Corporation (ETC) and EPAY Services Corporation (EPAY), two pioneers in Vietnam’s IT and digital payments market, to accelerate digital payments in Vietnam.
This collaboration aims to provide citizens with an enhanced experience and accelerate the adoption of digital payments, while supporting the digital transformation of public services across Vietnam.
It underscores Visa’s commitment to driving digital transformation and financial inclusion in Vietnam by expanding the digital payment ecosystem.
The deployment of Visa value-added services (VAS) will enable ETC and EPAY to offer additional payment services in the financial, transportation, customs, and healthcare sectors, contributing to the growth of Vietnam’s digital economy.
“Our collaboration with ETC and EPAY is a significant step towards realizing our vision of a digitally-enabled Vietnam, where all citizens have easy access to safe, convenient, and efficient payment services,” said Dung Dang, Visa country manager for Vietnam and Laos.
