Discussions about enhancing company performance often center around the adoption of modern management methods and advanced software tools. Yet, when it comes to selecting the right solutions and implementing them effectively, many businesses remain entangled, struggling to navigate what feels like a complex and confusing matrix. An online talk show held by the Saigon Times Group on July 1, titled “Matrix of Enterprise Performance Management Software: From Expectations to Reality,” discussed various aspects of this issue. A human resources firm’s story In 2000, HR training expert Bui Duc Chinh teamed up with business strategist Tran Hoang Bao and two other colleagues to establish BCC Human Resources Corporation.
