HCMC – The 2030 Business Club, a member of the Saigon Times Club under the Saigon Times Group, has announced its 16th Library Caravan 2030, an initiative to build libraries for children in Vietnam’s remote areas.
The charitable tour, set for August 9 to 11, will start in Ho Chi Minh City and pass through Bu Gia Map, Tuy Duc, Ta Dung, and Phan Thiet.
During the caravan, themed “Gieo chữ trên đá núi (sowing words on mountain rocks),” the organizing committee will build a library at a small school for children mostly from ethnic minority groups in an out-of-the-way area in the former Dak Nong area. The facility will offer spaces for studying, reading, and creative activities, supporting sustainable development and digital education.

Since its launch, the program has built and upgraded libraries nationwide, providing books, desks, and computers to underserved regions. It has created spaces to promote education and community engagement.
The caravan will also distribute scholarships and essential supplies to local students. It aims to foster learning and resilience among children while connecting entrepreneurs through philanthropy.
