The Anam Mui Ne, a beachfront resort inspired by the Indochine era, has introduced a new range of Himalayan singing bowl therapies as part of its expanded spa and wellness offerings.
The therapies, rooted in centuries-old healing and meditation practices, involve the use of metal bowls that emit deep, resonant sounds believed to promote various health benefits, from stress relief to improved sleep quality.
Treatments at The Anam Spa range from 45 to 60 minutes and include options such as “Relaxing,” “Balancing,” “Detoxifying,” “Healing Power,” and “Healing Sound Bath.”
Each treatment targets different physical and emotional conditions. For example, the “Balancing” therapy aims to align the body’s energy centers and brain hemispheres, while “Detoxifying” focuses on stimulating internal organs like the liver and kidneys.
The spa also hosts complimentary group sessions for up to five guests and features five treatment rooms, including three VIP couple’s rooms with soaking tubs, as well as steam rooms, Jacuzzis, saunas, and a beauty salon.
