HCMC — Vietnam Railways announced on November 21 the continued suspension of several train services departing from Hanoi, Danang, and HCMC.
Specifically, trains SE6/SE5 and SE8/SE7 running between HCMC and Hanoi, as well as SE22/SE21 operating between HCMC and Danang, will not run today November 21, 2025.
The move follows earlier service disruptions caused by heavy rains and flooding in central Vietnam.
Vietnam Railways said its workforce and infrastructure management teams are on standby around the clock at vulnerable points to inspect and resolve issues, ensuring absolute safety before resuming train operations.
The railway operator continues to monitor weather conditions and flood developments to adjust schedules accordingly and advises passengers to check updates before traveling.
