Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa has broken ground on Phase 2 of its development on November 18, aiming to expand its Japanese-style hospitality and entertainment complex in Danang.
The new phase includes a 15-story, 63-meter hotel tower and 14 private villas with a dedicated reception area. Once completed, the tower will align with the existing 22-story hotel to form a signature crescent-moon shape overlooking Danang Bay.
The hotel will add 139 rooms, all with sea views. Facilities will include conference and banquet spaces, a Chinese restaurant, and an onsen pool on the 15th floor featuring Japanese-style sauna services and a rooftop bar.
The villa zone follows contemporary Japanese design, each unit offering a private pool and garden. The area faces both the Phu Si River and Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal road.
The developer said the expansion reflects its long-term commitment to promoting Japanese culture and enhancing high-end tourism in Danang.
