After seven consecutive years of accompanying the people in promoting cashless payments in Vietnam, the Cashless Day officially returns with a new look called “Digital Finance Day 2026”. As part of the event’s activities, the Ting Ting Day Festival will take place on June 6th and 7th, 2026, promising many exciting experiences for people in Ho Chi Minh City.
Now in its 8th year, the event has expanded with new themes and experiential spaces, reflecting the strong development of the digital financial ecosystem in Vietnam. Beyond showcasing cashless payment methods, Digital Finance Day 2026 also presents modern financial technology solutions and the increasingly popular trend of digital consumption.
Within the framework of the event, the NAPAS booth, themed “Smart Payments, Borderless Connections,” continues to be a highlight with many engaging interactive activities showcasing modern payment technologies.
This year, NAPAS introduces its VietQRGlobal cross-border payment solution on banking applications and e-wallets, connecting with countries such as Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, China, and South Korea. Through this, users can make quick, secure, and convenient QR code payments when traveling, shopping, or conducting international trade.
At the event, visitors can experience paying with NAPAS cards using Tap & Pay, scanning VietQRPay and VietQRGlobal codes to purchase practical items such as canvas bags, umbrellas, cups, and charging cables at discounted prices. All proceeds from this fixed-price activity will be used for charitable programs.
In addition, customers paying with QR codes or NAPAS cards will receive discounts of up to 50% or 25%, up to a maximum of VND25,000, in the “Modern Payment – Chill Out on the Streets” program jointly implemented by Payoo, NAPAS, and Koi Thé.
NAPAS also offers many interactive activities and attractive gifts. From 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM each day, visitors who check in at the booth and post photos on Facebook with the hashtags #NAPAS and #DigitalFinanceDay2026 will receive gifts from the program. From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, customers who purchase drinks at Koi Thé and bring their receipts to the NAPAS booth will have the chance to redeem many gifts such as umbrellas, canvas bags, teddy bear keychains, and other useful items.
Another highlight is the technology-driven photobooth area with an instant photo-taking and printing experience. For only VND10,000 paid via VietQRPay or VietQRGlobal, visitors can own unique souvenir photos with interfaces styled after various countries in the region.
In addition, NAPAS, in collaboration with FPT Telecom, is running the “Pay Freely – Get 100K Discount” program until August 31, 2026. Accordingly, customers paying service fees on the Hi FPT application using VietQRPay will receive an immediate discount of VND100,000 for transactions of VND1,000,000 or more.
