HCMC – Novaland Group and VinaLiving Group have reached an agreement to develop River Mansion, a component of the Aqua City urban area in the southern province of Dong Nai.
The two corporations also signed an agreement with the Fusion Hotel Group to manage and operate the Aqua City Resort to be built at River Mansion.
River Mansion will be developed on an area of 11 hectares with 200 villas and shop houses designed in a European style.
River Mansion will also be home to the Aqua City Resort, which owns one of the unique locations at the Dong Nai River bank, offering easy access to the harbor of the eco-city in the East of HCMC.
