HCMC – The domestic fuel retail prices of E5 RON92 bio-fuel, RON95 gasoline, kerosene and heavy fuel oil were revised up by VND53-VND145 per liter or kilogram today, October 12, according to an announcement jointly released by the ministries of Finance and Industry-Trade.
The ceiling price of E5 RON92 gasoline is now VND14,268 per liter, up VND53 per liter, while the price of RON95 gasoline is not higher than VND15,122 per liter, up VND138, VietnamPlus news site reported.
The diesel oil price was kept unchanged at VND11,128 per liter, while kerosene and heavy fuel oil sell for some VND9,590 per liter and VND10,920 per kilogram, up VND145 and VND95, respectively.
Local fuel traders were told to extract VND100 for each liter of RON95 petrol sold to replenish the national fuel price stabilization fund. The respective extraction levels for each liter of diesel oil and kerosene sold are VND298 and VND100.
Besides this, fuel traders were allowed to tap the stabilization fund at VND1,200 for each liter of E5 bio-fuel sold, at VND524 for each liter of RON95 petrol sold and at VND100 for each liter or kilogram of kerosene or heavy fuel oil sold.
