Alma Resort Cam Ranh has appointed a full-time resident yogi to expand its wellness offerings, introducing a range of yoga and meditation sessions designed to address various health concerns and personal fitness goals.
Umesh Kumar Sharma, a wellness expert with 20 years of experience and training in India’s Rishikesh, has joined the resort as its health and wellness manager. He previously worked as a yoga and gym instructor at a nearby resort.
Private sessions include specialized programs for core strength, weight management, and knee pain therapy. A dedicated “Pregnancy Yoga” session is tailored for expectant mothers, offering a safe and nurturing practice. Other private offerings range from intensive strength-focused yoga to deep stretching and breathing exercises for enhanced relaxation.
Guided meditation workshops, held from Tuesday to Saturday, incorporate Yoga Nidra and Pranayama breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve mental well-being.
Group sessions are priced at VND100,000 per participant, while private sessions range from VND600,000 for one participant to VND1,800,000 for five participants.
