Themed “Hue’s Ao Dai – Tales from the River,” the annual Hue Festival 2023’s Ao Dai program took place on the evening of August 12 in the central city of Hue, drawing numerous local and foreign visitors.
An integral part of the traditional Hue Festival since 2000, this event provides an opportunity to honor, preserve, and promote Ao Dai, the traditional Vietnamese long dress.
Considered a unique and mesmerizing show, this gathering brings together renowned Ao Dai designers from across the country, showcasing special Ao Dai collections linked to the tales of the Perfume River – the iconic river of the ancient capital.
