HCMC – The south-central province of Binh Dinh has approved a resolution outlining policies to attract tour groups, promoting meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) tourism.

Binh Dinh will offer support covering 50% of the costs for renting conference halls, meeting rooms, and traditional art performances for delegations choosing the province to organize conferences and seminars combined with tourism.

Under the resolution, eligible delegations must have at least 100 guests to receive this support.

In the first half of this year, Binh Dinh hosted over 132 conferences and seminars, attracting more than 30,700 tourist arrivals.

The province welcomed nearly 5.7 million visitors between January and June, a 106% increase compared to the same period last year. Tourism revenue reached VND15 billion, growing by 96% year-on-year.
