HCMC – The Binh Duong Professional Chef’s Guild has organized a ceremony to mark the first anniversary of its establishment in Binh Duong Province, with the participation of hundreds of chefs, culinary experts and enterprises active in the food and beverage field.

At the event held on February 22, the Binh Duong Tourism Association and the Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association presented a certificate to the guild for its contribution to the cuisine of the province and Vietnam as a whole over the last year.

Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of the Binh Duong Professional Chef’s Guild said that the guild would continue to offer training courses this year to improve the professional skills of young chefs in Binh Duong and promote the culinary values of the province and the country.

The guild is planning to work with the Binh Duong Tourism Association to set a record of 100 bamboo shoot-based dishes in the Phu An Bamboo Village in May 2023 and organize multiple cooking competitions for culinary students and chefs in Binh Duong Province.

Besides, the guild will roll out numerous charity programs to give back to society.

At the ceremony, the guild cut a deal with Inox Hung Cuong Company to strengthen its position and expand operations, moving toward leveraging the province’s cuisine.
