Cham Cantonese Kitchen, a new dining hotspot in Vietnam’s capital, celebrated its grand opening on December 6 with a unique chef takeover featuring two acclaimed female chefs.

The launch event, a collaboration between Meliá Hanoi and Vietcetera, showcased the culinary artistry of Summer Le, head chef of Vietnam’s first MICHELIN Green Star awardee, Nén Danang, alongside Cham’s seasoned head dim sum chef, Le Thi Thai.

Cham Cantonese Kitchen joins this lineup as a celebration of Cantonese flavors and craftsmanship, promising an exceptional dining experience. The grand opening further positions Meliá Hanoi as one of the city’s premier dining destinations, offering both locals and visitors a fusion of tradition, innovation, and world-class hospitality.

With its debut event pairing two culinary powerhouses, Cham Cantonese Kitchen sets the stage for a sophisticated and flavorful addition to Hanoi’s vibrant food scene.

Last year, the hotel debuted the stylish Garbo Bar, inspired by 1950s Hollywood glamour, and Mosaico, an all-day dining venue serving Mediterranean cuisine that reflects the property’s European roots.
