Habits causing skin aging

Aside from time and age, some everyday habits can cause skin aging. According to Suc khoe & Doi song news site, to keep your skin young and healthy, stay away from the following bad habits. Constant exposure to the sun: Sunlight exposure without skin protection means may cause several skin problems, including wrinkles and skin aging, since the collagen structure is damaged because of the ultraviolet (UV) light. The UV also damages skin cells and stimulates melanin production, causing melasma and freckles. Sunlight exposure may also increase the risk of skin cancer. To keep your skin young and healthy, wear sun protection clothing and a wide brim hat, and apply sunscreen cream when going out on sunny days. Unhealthy diet: Studies show that a long time diet with too much sugar or too many carbohydrates may cause premature skin aging. Intake of too much sugar from confectioneries and soft drinks may also cause acne and inhibit the production of collagen and elastin, which gives rise to wrinkles. It is advised to restrict the intake of fast food and fried dishes, which contain a big amount of sodium and saturated fats, thus causing inflammation and weakening collagen structure.
