The Danang Tourism Promotion Center and Danang Tourism Association jointly announced the culinary event series “A Journey through Vietnam’s cuisine” at Furama Resort Danang on the afternoon of February 2.

The event series is expected to garner the participation of numerous experts, cultural specialists in culinary arts, and talented chefs from across the country.

A culinary night will be organized in each quarter of 2024 as part of the event series, with four top Vietnamese chefs showcasing their skills and serving great delicacies to visitors.
The event series spans all four seasons, each with its unique theme: “Vietnamese Traditions-Vietnamese Heritage Artisans” for spring, “Aroma from the Sea – Vietnamese Flavor” for summer, “Echoes of Alluvial Fields” for autumn, and “Tet Viet, Tet Furama” for winter. The grand finale, “Culinary Essence” night during the final lunar month, will see the participation of 12 Vietnamese culinary artisans and is poised to set a culinary record in Vietnam.
