Dogs’ Day Out

Like many foreigners, Carsten Ley first came to Vietnam for project management and consulting roles. Struggling to find a place for his pet, Taco, to play during the weekends, the German decided to open a dog park for Taco and other furry friends. In an interview with The Saigon Times, Ley talked about his dog park in HCMC’s Thao Dien ward, a networking place for dogs and their owners, especially after a long social distancing period due to Covid.
