HCMC – FPT Software has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with European digital services group SQLI to enhance digital transformation in the aviation industry.
The collaboration will focus on improving operational efficiency, sustainability, safety, and customer experience through digital solutions. Both companies will pilot specific projects for mutual clients and explore future tenders.
SQLI Group CEO Philippe Donche-Gay highlighted the growing demand in the aviation industry, with commercial aircraft orders reaching an all-time high of 15,700. He said the partnership will support this trend with digital expertise and resources.
FPT Software will leverage its technical capabilities, while SQLI will contribute its expertise in customer experience solutions. The partnership will cover customer relationship management, airline e-commerce channels, and customer communication platforms.
FPT Software has over a decade of experience in the aviation sector and a team of more than 200 aviation data engineers.
The company has a network of partners including major airlines in Europe, the U.S., and Vietnam. It has served over 100 airlines, airports, air cargo services, and aircraft manufacturers. Notably, FPT Software has collaborated with Airbus on the Skywise platform and worked with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) on new aviation technologies.
