HCMC forecast to see heavy rain through May 31

HCMC and southern Vietnam are expected to experience prolonged heavy rain and thunderstorms from May 29 to May 31, with total rainfall in HCMC forecast at 90-150 mm and some areas exceeding 150 mm, according to the Southern Regional Hydrometeorological Center.
