Heat wave returns to northern, central Vietnam

A heat wave returned to 17 provinces and cities in northern and central Vietnam on May 31, with temperatures reaching up to 38 degrees Celsius. It will intensify and expand through June 5, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
