Hue kicks off summer festival

The Hue Community Ao Dai Week 2025, scheduled from June 6 to June 15, unfolds as a vibrant tapestry of activities designed to honor the quintessential traditional ao dai and elevate Hue’s rich cultural profile.

This pivotal event stands as a cornerstone within the National Tourism Year – Hue 2025 framework and kick-off of the year-round Hue Festival in summer.

Under the compelling theme “Flow of History and Eternal Beauty,” the stage for the “Hue Ao Dai Night” on June 6 embarks on a captivating journey, guiding viewers through the historical evolution of the ao dai.

Furthermore, a highlight of the week is the “Viet Phong Hoi Tu” (Gathering of Vietnamese Styles) parade. This unprecedented procession of traditional Vietnamese attire boasts the largest scale to date, drawing thousands of participants adorned in costumes representing all three regions of the country.
