HCMC – Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has approved an investment plan to expand the My Xuan B1-CONAC industrial zone in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
The project will be managed by IDICO Investment Construction Oil and Natural Gas JSC (IDICO). The expanded industrial zone will cover 111 hectares in Phu My, with an estimated investment of nearly VND2 trillion. IDICO will contribute VND386.2 billion to the project, reported the Vietnam News Agency.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment has been tasked with reviewing the project’s feasibility and ensuring it complies with investment regulations.
Local authorities will oversee land-use plans and manage legal procedures related to the project’s development.
Ba Ria-Vung Tau currently has 17 industrial zones, 13 of which are operational, covering a total area of 7,243 hectares.
