After three hours of cooking, they served a delicious three-course meal with an American-style salad and a separate vegetable and fruit salad as appetizer.

The main course featured pan-fried beef, crispy chicken wings served with American-style salad, tom yum spaghetti with shrimp, Thai-style grilled pork neck with dipping sauce, and French-style sauteed potatoes.

Those culinary masters are Trinh Minh Thanh, executive chef at Unilever Food Solution; Tran Chi Lanh, R&D head at Mua Nuoc Noi Restaurant; Jonny Thinh, kitchen manager at Golden Gate Group; chef Nguyen Minh Phu from Skyline Catering; Nguyen Duc Van Vu, head chef of Di Mai Restaurant; chef Do Van Quyet from Unilever Food Solution; and Vu Nguyen, head chef at Love Garden Beer, among other seasoned professionals.
