HCMC – One of the largest foreign real estate investors in Vietnam, Keppel Land has announced a partnership with Shopee, an e-commerce giant in Southeast Asia, to market Celesta Heights.

Celesta Heights, located in Nha Be District in HCMC, is the latest residential project jointly developed by Keppel Land and Phu Long, marking the first collaboration between a real estate investor and an e-commerce platform to market a residential project in Vietnam.

The partnership will see the exclusive launch of a “VND50 million early payment discount” incentive for Shopee customers who purchase a unit at Celesta Heights.

Keppel Land and Shopee, both from Singapore, have been in a landlord-tenant relationship since 2018 when Shopee housed their Vietnam office at Keppel Land’s Saigon Centre Tower 2, located in the heart of HCMC’s central business district.

Through this collaboration, Keppel Land will leverage Shopee’s customer base and network to reach out to a wider audience in Vietnam. Meanwhile, Shopee will be able to harness the strengths of Keppel Land to diversify its product categories and expand its customer offerings on its e-commerce platform.

Celesta Heights is the second phase of Celesta City, a joint venture project developed by Keppel Land and Phu Long. The project spans 2.15 hectares and comprises 752 units across four towers.
