HCMC – The Central Highlands province of Lam Dong is set to auction the rights to 36 mining sites on February 20, with a combined reserve price of VND306.2 billion, reported the local media.
The Asset Auction Service Center of Lam Dong Province announced that the auctions will cover 22 sites for leveling soil, five for construction sand, eight for construction rocks and stones, and one for clay used in brick and tile manufacturing.
Bidders are required to place a deposit equivalent to 20% of the reserve price for each site they want to bid for.
