Of the central budget, VND717 trillion has already been allocated in detail, while the remaining VND2.7 quadrillion will be distributed by the Government after ministries, sectors, and localities complete assessments of socio-economic plans in line with Conclusion 18, issued on April 2, 2026, by the Party Central Committee.
