Seminar ascertains Hue as the capital of Vietnam’s Ao Dai

HCMC - Vietnam’s long dress ao dai was created under the rule of Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, while Minh Mang, the Nguyen Dynasty’s second king, issued a decree to make ao dai a national costume for all regions, which prove that Hue is the capital of Vietnam’s ao dai, heard a scientific seminar on July 7 in Hue City.
