Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain) in the central coastal city of Danang has five limestone mounts, namely Kim Son, Moc Son, Thuy Son, Hoa Son and Tho Son. This is an attractive destination for domestic and international tourists to explore sites on a tour of heritage sites in central Vietnam, such as My Son Holy Land, the ancient town of Hoi An, Hue Imperial Citadel and Marble Mountain. Although the mountains are different in size, their appearance is quite similar as seen from a distance. In particular, each mount has a unique color. Every year, in the second lunar month, a national festival of Quan The Am (Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva) will be held at Kim Son Mount, attracting thousands of guests. The scenic site was recognized as a special national monument in 2018.
