The expiration date of the Moderna vaccine batch was extended from May 17 to July 17 after the National Institute for Control of Vaccine and Biologicals, under the Ministry of Health, carefully assessed the quality of the vaccine to make the decision on expiration extension, according to a dispatch recently released by the municipal department.
