New foreign investments surge 35.5% y-o-y in Jan-Feb

Foreign investors pledged more than US$6.9 billion in their projects in Vietnam in the first two months of this year, surging by 35.5% versus the year-ago period, said the Foreign Investment Agency under the Ministry of Finance.
