HCMC – Mai House Saigon Hotel has introduced a menu for November with dishes for business set lunch and buffet dinner.
The hotel has a three-course set menu for business lunch, starting with pan-seared black sesame-crusted tuna as a starter, the main course Korean pork belly BBQ, and ending with dessert. The set lunch is priced at VND300,000++/person.
For Thanksgiving buffet dinner, the hotel will take gastronomists to fresh-caught seafood such as lobster, giant freshwater prawn, oyster, green mussel, sushi, sashimi, to handcrafts bread and pastries, charcuterie, and tartars, and end with signature desserts. The buffet dinner is priced at VND1,200,000++/adult and VND600,000++/child.
Also, the hotel takes lobster spring roll as its monthly highlight at Thom lounge on the ground floor, with a price of VND395,000++/set.
