JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay welcomes Japanese Two-Michelin-Starred Chef Takagi Kazuo in a unique culinary event where diners can experience Japanese and French cuisines at Pink Pearl Restaurant.
During the three-day event, Chef Takagi Kazuo and the restaurant’s chef Kjell Kollin will present two menus for lunch and dinner with flavors delicately blended between Japanese and French cuisines.
Chef Takagi Kazuo will prepare dishes in Kyoto-style cuisine, using fresh, signature ingredients and seasonings in seasons. “Authentic Kyoto cuisine today is rare even in Japan, but I still want to continue introducing this cuisine with a long history,” he said.
Lunch is priced at VND2,450,000++ per adult, and dinner costs VND4,920,000++ per adult.
