The event will take place from June 6 to 10, showcasing a selection of sustainable dishes crafted by renowned chefs dedicated to preserving the planet while delighting palates. Every dish tells a story of ethical sourcing and responsible practices, from sea- and farm-to-table delicacies to innovative plant-based creations.

The all-day dining extravaganza at Tempus Fugit serves a mesmerizing fusion of Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, and international dishes.

At Red Rum, the beachfront restaurant entices a blend of Latin American and Japanese cuisine, showcasing delicacies like An Thoi Shrimp Maki and Phu Quoc Cobia Sashimi. Meanwhile, Pink Pearl elevates fresh, local ingredients with a refined French twist, offering a 7-course set dinner complemented by expertly crafted cocktails.

During their stay, guests can dive into Phu Quoc’s local culture through enriching experiences, taking chef-guided tours to local honeybee farms, pepper plantations, and the iconic fish sauce village. Coffee enthusiasts can indulge in the coffee-making workshops to discover the art of brewing Vietnamese coffee.
