Seeking opportunities Vietnam’s Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh recently visited three Middle East nations—the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, where he also attended the 8th Future Investment Initiative conference (FII 8th Edition). This visit at the end of October 2024 was of particular significance. Aside from officially elevating relations with the UAE to a comprehensive partnership and signing the Vietnam-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), investment attraction took center stage in discussions with these countries.
