Organic products highlighted at FHA

Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) took place from April 21 to 24 across 10 halls at the cavernous Singapore Expo in Changi, drawing some 80,000 attendees and more than 2,750 exhibitors from 115 countries and territories Health and wellness trend going strong “This year’s FHA is really huge, and we are excited to be here,” said Nhi Trinh, international sales director of FNB Vietnam Service JSC, which produces organic Hapii Coffee and Matcha tea. She last participated in the event as an exhibitor in 2024. “We have a lot of new products to showcase here, including our line of matcha instant tea beverages,” said Trinh. She was busy introducing her latest products to visitors and fronting her booth in the large Vietnam HCMC Pavilion. With the focus on health and wellness internationally, many products introduced and promoted at the fair rode on this theme. From matcha-flavored tea lattes, with all the health benefits of green tea, to organic and sustainably farmed nuts, backed by the positive scientific literature on nuts.
