It was incredibly crowded, as it is the only hospital dedicated to the elderly in both Hanoi and the country,” said Pham Chi Lan, an economic expert, during an interview with The Saigon Times. At the age of over 80, Lan noted that elderly Vietnamese people are “living quietly” with multiple health issues.
