The seminar “Making Life Easier with AI, Holistic Education and Global & Digital Citizenship Education programmes” held by Vietnam Australia International School (VAS), attracted over 200 parents in person and more than 1 million online views.
This event highlighted the public’s growing interest in AI and reinforced VAS’s leadership in digital transformation and AI integration into education.
Leading the Way in Digital Transformation – Integrating AI into Education at VAS
While the comprehensive and effective integration of AI into education remains a major challenge, VAS has successfully implemented a comprehensive digital transformation across its entire system.
Starting in the 2025–2026 academic year, VAS students will have an AI lesson each week as part of the Digital Literacy & Transformation curriculum, tailored to suit each grade level for Grades 1–12.
“By high school, VAS students will not only be proficient in AI applications but also capable of developing practical AI solutions to benefit society,” a VAS representative shared.

This is not merely about introducing a new curriculum but a comprehensive digital transformation that spans multiple areas—from investing in infrastructure, equipment, IT systems, and cybersecurity to the most crucial factor: our human resources. Ultimately, it culminates in an AI education programme.
Over the past two years, VAS has conducted AI and digital skills training for teachers, AI seminars for parents, and career guidance programme in the AI era for students.
