VCCI report highlights financing hurdles for Vietnam’s private sector

HCMC – The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) on May 15 published the Vietnam Private Economy Report 2025 and the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI 2025), marking the first time the organization has applied the PCI 2.0 methodology and piloted the Business Performance Index (BPI) based on surveys of more than 5,000 business entities.
