HCMC – SCG Group has joined hands with other organizations to give scholarships from the SCG Sharing The Dream to 100 university students and 100 school children across Vietnam.
The scholarship award ceremonies took place on December 13 in Hanoi and December 19 in HCMC.
The SCG Sharing The Dream 2023 scholarship program is a joint effort of the Central Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Council of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, Siam Cement Group (SCG), and the HCMC Student Assistance Center (SAC).
With a budget of VND2.7 billion, this year’s program aims to bolster the aspirations of young individuals, providing them with an opportunity to acquire knowledge in sustainable development, ultimately nurturing them into a generation committed to sustainability.
The program not only extends financial support but also conducts ESG training activities to promote creative thinking among young people and empower them to contribute their skills to the nation’s sustainability.
