Domestic fuel prices inch down

HCMC – Domestic fuel prices have been revised down by VND180-500 per liter or kilogram today, January 4, according to an announcement jointly issued by the ministries of Industry-Trade and Finance.

RON 95-III gasoline now sells for VND21,910 per liter, down by VND230, and E5 RON 92 bio-gasoline for VND21,000, down by VND180.

Diesel oil costs VND19,360 per liter, falling by VND420, and kerosene is down by VND500 per liter at VND19,950.

Heavy fuel oil is priced at VND15,490 per kilogram, down by VND190.

During this fuel price adjustment, the two ministries decided to impose a surcharge of VND300 on each kilogram of heavy fuel oil.
