HCMC – Local animation studio Sconnect has announced the launch of Sconnect Academy of Media Arts (SAMA), the first animation and game academy in Vietnam.
Located in Hanoi, SAMA is committed to bridging the gap between local and international expertise, elevating the quality of human resources, and building a Vietnamese animation brand.
SAMA’s training program is designed for two faculties with seven majors: The animation department and the game arts department. All students participate in one semester of foundational knowledge before choosing to apply for or take a professional entrance exam for their major.
SAMA offers short-term programs, vocational training courses, and corporate coaching sessions tailored for individuals and organizations seeking to enhance their skillsets in alignment with their professional demands.
The academy will regularly host events such as the SchoolTour series, Open Day festivals, and Watch-Talk sessions. These gatherings serve as platforms for young minds to engage with experts, gather knowledge, and accumulate valuable experiences.
