CapitaLand announces VND18 trillion luxury apartment project launch in Hanoi

HCMC – CapitaLand Development Vietnam will inaugurate Lumi Hanoi, an VND18-trillion residential project in Hanoi, on March 1.

Covering nearly 5.6 hectares, the project has nine towers of 29 to 35 floors, and around 4,000 apartment units.

These residences will offer diverse configurations, from compact one-bedroom units of 42 square meters to spacious four-bedroom layouts spanning 135 square meters. Duplexes and penthouses ranging from 115 square meters to 410 square meters will also be made available to cater to varying lifestyle preferences.

The project signifies CapitaLand’s expanded footprint in Hanoi’s real estate landscape, following recent negotiations to acquire a segment of Vinhomes Smart City in the western area. This move adds to CapitaLand’s extensive portfolio in Vietnam, which encompasses retail spaces, SOHO projects, mixed-use developments, and over 16,000 residential units across 17 projects in Hanoi and HCMC.

CapitaLand is actively engaged in 14 condominium projects in both cities, with notable developments such as Zenity, Define, and De La Sol in HCMC, and Heritage WestLake and Seasons Avenue in Hanoi.

Ronald Tay, the company’s general director, said he remains bullish on Vietnam’s long-term market prospects despite prevailing uncertainties. Tay underscores CapitaLand’s dedication to leveraging its three-decade expertise and robust financial position to capitalize on promising investment opportunities, particularly in residential and commercial ventures.

“CapitaLand’s vision aligns with Vietnam’s sustainable urbanization goals, aiming to contribute to the country’s economic growth by delivering quality real estate products and services,” he said.
