HCMC – The Ministry of Finance has approved four companies in Vietnam to provide credit rating services.

They are Saigon Phat Thinh Ratings Joint Stock Company (Saigon Ratings), FiinRatings Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Investors Service and Credit Rating Agency Joint Stock Company (VIS Rating), and S&I Ratings Joint Stock Company (S&I Ratings).
