With three factory clusters and 11 production lines that meet EU-GMP standards, the company reduces CO2 emissions and operates advanced wastewater treatment systems that meet ISO 14001:2015 environmental standards.

As one of the first pharmaceutical companies listed on the stock exchange in 2006, Imexpharm has continuously aimed for sustainability, and has been widely recognized for its endeavor. In July 2024, the company was recognized in the Vietnam Sustainability Index (VNSI) on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
