HCMC – SEMICON VIETNAM, the inaugural international exhibition of Vietnam’s semiconductor industry, opened today, October 31, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7, HCMC.
Organized by the HCMC Department of Industry and Trade, the event seeks to foster collaboration, attract investment, and expand market opportunities in Vietnam’s growing semiconductor and high-tech sectors.
The exhibition features around 150 booths, presenting products from Vietnamese and international companies. Exhibits cover semiconductor design, electronic measurement devices, protective equipment for high-tech facilities, and advanced solutions for circuit board manufacturing, such as cutting, engraving, processing, and surface treatment technologies.
In addition, SEMICON VIETNAM showcases high-tech innovations, including robots, automation products, AI-driven manufacturing tools, machine vision, smart home systems, smart factory setups, and optoelectronic devices.
The event also includes forums and seminars on high-tech investment in HCMC, networking sessions, technical workshops, product showcases, and technology demonstrations led by leading companies and organizations.
Running from October 31 to November 2, SEMICON VIETNAM 2024 also includes the Vietnam International Optoelectronics Exhibition, highlighting optical products and technologies integral to semiconductor manufacturing.
