HCMC – Novaland Group has dismissed a rumor that Bui Thanh Nhon, chairman of the board of the company, has tendered his resignation, reaffirming his active leadership role within the company.
In a statement released on January 14, Novaland (stock code: NVL) said that its management team remains unchanged and the company’s operations are as normal.
Earlier that day, some media outlets claimed Nhon had submitted his resignation and would step down from the board on January 20.
“Novaland hereby affirms that such information is completely false and fabricated, causing significant confusion among our customers, partners, shareholders, and investors,” the company stated.
The group reiterated its commitment to recovery and sustainable development, stressing its ongoing efforts to meet obligations and safeguard stakeholder interests.
