HCMC – Nearly 400 food producers are participating in HCMC FOODEX 2025, showcasing popular brands from HCMC, provinces across Vietnam, as well as from other countries and territories.
The exhibition is taking place at the Saigon Exhibition Convention Center from April 16 to 19, co-held by the Investment and Trade Promotion Center of HCMC (ITPC) and the Food and Foodstuff Association of HCMC.
HCMC FOODEX 2025, themed “Natural–green–sustainable products,” is expected to attract over 18,000 visitors, including buyers, trade promotion organizations, and industry businesses seeking to explore, connect, and expand cooperation.
The exhibition will feature practical activities, including a business networking program with nearly 40 key distributors from the U.S., the Netherlands, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
Notably, over 300 strategic buyers from 15 countries and territories will participate in business matching activities, with over 1,000 meetings expected to be arranged.
A highlight of the event is the MASTER CHEF OF FOODEX 2025 competition, themed “The Essence of Vietnamese Cuisine.” It brings together over 100 participants, including renowned chefs, young culinary talents, and students from Vietnam, India, Malaysia, and Taiwan (China).
The exhibition also features industry seminars on food and foodstuffs, offering insights and sharing experiences to support businesses in pursuing sustainable development.
