Visitors to Danang’s famed Marble Mountains can now begin their day with a tranquil Tai Chi session amid ancient caves and pagodas, thanks to a unique experience offered by TIA Wellness Resort.
The early morning excursion, part of the resort’s curated TIA Tours, takes guests to the top of the mountains for a 6:30 a.m. Tai Chi sessions provide a serene alternative to the usual tourist path. The two-hour program blends gentle movement with mindfulness, inviting participants to connect with the sacred landscape before the crowds arrive.
Rising steeply above the coastline, the Marble Mountains — five limestone karsts named after the elements of metal, wood, water, fire, and earth — are steeped in spiritual significance. Reached via a 200-step stone staircase carved into the mountainside, the site features centuries-old shrines, statues, and caves once used as meditation spaces by Buddhist monks.
