Anam Group pioneers AI-powered multilingual chatbot

The Anam Group has launched a new artificial intelligence-powered chatbot that responds in real time to user inquiries in approximately 150 languages.

The luxury hotel brand, which operates The Anam Cam Ranh and The Anam Mui Ne resorts along with the Axi Plaza convention center, partnered with a U.S.-based technology firm to develop the tool. The chatbot integrates AI models from OpenAI and Google and is designed to assist users around the clock on the company’s website, theanam.com.

Displayed on every page of the site, the chat function connects directly with The Anam’s property management system, offering detailed information about accommodation options, dining experiences, amenities, and availability. Responses are generated instantly and designed to be accurate, comprehensive, and personable.

“This AI technology is a game-changer for how people determine whether they will book a holiday with us,” said Martin Koerner, The Anam Group’s commercial director. “Rather than searching manually, users receive immediate answers tailored to their needs.”

Koerner added that the chatbot, which concludes replies with friendly Vietnamese greetings and translations, reflects the group’s commitment to traditional hospitality through modern means. He emphasized that human staff are still required to maintain and update the system, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. The multilingual capability helps eliminate communication barriers for international travelers.
