FRT eyes VND59.5 trillion in revenue in 2026

HCMC – FPT Digital Retail JSC (HOSE: FRT) looks to consolidated revenue of VND59.5 trillion in 2026, up 16% from 2025, and pre-tax profit of VND1.55 trillion, up 27%.

The targets will be submitted for shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting slated for April 17. March 13 is the record date to finalize the list of eligible shareholders.

In 2025, FPT Retail posted revenue of VND51.08 trillion, up 27% year-on-year and exceeding its full-year plan by 6%. Its pre-tax profit rocketing 131% from 2024 to VND1.22 trillion, surpassing the full-year target by 35%.

The VN-Index moved sideways with a 0.04% decrease to 1,754.82 points on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).

HOSE saw 151 gainers and 175 decliners at the close. Total trading volume reached more than 726.4 million shares worth VND20.04 trillion, down 35.75% in volume and 43% in value compared with the previous session. Block deals accounted for 208.8 million shares valued at VND4.89 trillion.

The benchmark index moved within a narrow range and alternated between gains and losses throughout the session.

Real estate stocks attracted strong demand. DXG rose 4.9% to VND15,000 per share, its intraday high, with 11.54 million shares traded. Foreign investors net bought more than 3.1 million shares.

KDH gained 4.5% after rising as much as 6.1% during the session, with over 6.9 million shares changing hands. Foreign investors net purchased more than 2.5 million shares. DPG advanced 4.1% to its session high on volume of more than 1.1 million shares. TCH increased 2% to VND15,000 per share, with nearly 3.1 million shares traded.

Bank stocks mostly declined. Securities and steel stocks also edged lower. The five most actively traded stocks were SHB, MBB, HPG, VIX and SSI. SHB led the market with 53.8 million shares traded, falling 0.7%. MBB rose 0.9% with 25.4 million shares traded. HPG slipped 0.2% on 24.3 million shares. VIX lost 1.7% with 20.84 million shares traded. SSI declined 1% with 14.65 million shares matched.

Oil and gas stocks maintained modest gains. GAS and PLX rose more than 0.5%. BSR increased 0.4% and recorded over 10.4 million shares traded, the highest in the sector. PVD climbed 3.5% to VND34,000 per share, its session high, with more than 6.4 million shares changing hands.

The VN30-Index added more than four points. VHM fell 2.6%, reducing the main index by 2.1 points. VIC rose 1% and contributed 2.1 points. DGC gained 2.9%, the strongest increase among blue chips.

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index dropped 0.11% to 256.01 points, with 47.34 million shares traded worth VND1.03 trillion.
